SILK 4000 SERIES are multi/mono grade engine oils manufactured from highly refined virgin base oils and carefully balanced additives producing a high quality petrol and diesel engine oil. SILK 4000 SERIES offers excellent high temperature stability and stay-in grade performance. The additives used reduce the unwanted gums and varnishes in cylinders, on pistons and in turbochargers.

Applications

SILK 4000 SERIES, are recommended for older gasoline and light duty diesel engines. It is also recommended for use in turbo-charged or naturally aspirated diesel engines in cars and light vans. SILK 4000 SERIES are most likely suitable for re-built engines.
